Introducing the FLICCA 5.2 and the FLIPA 2.0

The Early Childhood Policy Research Group (ECPRG) is excited to announce the release of version 5.2 of the Florida Index of Child Care Access (FLICCA) and version 2.0 of the Florida Index of Preschool Access (FLIPA)! 

Notable FLICCA tool improvements include: 

  • With the addition of Fiscal Year 24-25, the FLICCA tool now includes 6 Fiscal Years
  • A Utilization Rate that is provided at the provider level
  • A New Feature Release: Household Percentage of Income calculations at the community level to illustrate child care affordability variation
Shows users where to locate the HPI Report tab on the FLICCA 5.2 map. Beneath the FLICCA 5.2 title are three tabs and it is the third tab.

Notable FLIPA tool improvements include:

  • With the addition of Fiscal Year (FY) 24-25, the FLIPA tool now includes 2 Fiscal Years
  • The FY 24-25 data show providers’ Performance Designation
